Before the Training
🌀 You can eat whatever you like before the training, but it’s better to arrive without feeling overly full or heavy.
🌀 Ladies, please come without makeup! When you wear makeup, you may subconsciously hold yourself back and stay tense: “What if my mascara starts running?” It’s difficult to go deeply into the practices when part of your attention is focused on how you look.
🌀 Please wear WHITE (or light-colored), plain, fitted clothing.
For women: ideally, a sports top/tank top + leggings or shorts.
For men: a T-shirt + sports shorts or lightweight linen pants.
Your navel should either be uncovered or easily accessible for your own comfort during the practices.
🌀 Come to the training with a beginner’s mindset. Leave your previous experience, qualifications, degrees, and everything you think you already know at the door. During the practices, try not to analyze, compare, or constantly figure out what is happening.
First, what you get from the training depends largely on your openness, trust in the process, and willingness to go deeper.
Second, it is difficult to learn something new or gain new insights if you keep relying only on your existing knowledge and skills. Allow yourself to try something different and expand your experience.
🌀 All practices during the training are done in pairs.
We try to maintain a balance between male and female participants, but there are no restrictions on female-female or male-male pairs.
We do not bring sexuality into the practices. We do not give our energy away or take our partner’s energy. We learn to remain whole and to work from the state of a practitioner. In this context, the gender of the person working with you is not important.
For women who do not feel safe or comfortable working around men, I regularly hold separate women’s workshops.
🌀 We change partners throughout the training.
This allows you to experience interaction with different people and energies, while also learning to work with different energy structures, personalities, and life situations.
🌀 Most of the practices involve bodywork. WE DO NOT TOUCH INTIMATE AREAS.
We do not reach underneath clothing and do not use movements of a sexual nature.
I reserve the right to remove a participant from the training after the first warning if these boundaries are violated. Fortunately, this has never been necessary.
🌀 You are expected to PARTICIPATE in the practices.
This is an experiential training, not an event to simply sit and observe. I also reserve the right to remove participants who repeatedly refuse to participate after being warned. Again, we have never had to do this.
🌀 Bring your own water so that you can stay comfortable and hydrated.
For longer training programs, please also bring a notebook and a pen or pencil to write down insights and observations.
🌀 General photography and filming take place during all group trainings.
At the beginning of the training, I separately ask for permission to film close-ups. We may also record participants sharing their intentions and experiences with the group.
Many people initially feel shy and ask not to be filmed, but later wish they could see what their process looked like from the outside.
Filming is an important part of what we do. It helps us share our philosophy with the world and show that working on yourself is a natural — although not always easy or joyful — part of life.
You probably discovered this work because someone before you gave us permission to share their experience.
Please note that participants are not provided with access to the complete shared photo and video archive after the training.
🌀 Come to the training with ONE CLEAR INTENTION or REQUEST you would like to work with.
It is completely normal to formulate your intention during the training or even change it as the process unfolds. However, the clearer and more specific it is, the more focused your work can be.
One intention — one training. Otherwise, your unconscious mind may simply get confused. Be kind to it :)
🌀 The result of each practice depends approximately 70% on you and 30% on your partner.
The depth of your experience depends largely on how much you allow yourself to turn inward, connect with your emotions, experience them, express them, and let them move through you.
🌀 Please participate fully in every stage of the training.
Do the warm-up properly, move actively, and engage your body. Don’t skip steps. Every stage has been refined through hundreds of trainings and contributes to the overall process — even if your mind thinks something seems strange or pointless in the moment and wants to escape.
🌀 Recording complete techniques from beginning to end is not allowed.
Participants who complete the full training program receive access to the recorded online course so they can revisit the techniques and continue practicing.
You are welcome to film short fragments, share moments, and post them in your Stories.
After the Training
🌀 We recommend avoiding alcohol for 24 hours after the training.
🌀 You can eat whatever you like — especially something delicious :)
🌀 For a few hours after the training, you may still feel different from your usual state.
Give yourself some time to return to your normal rhythm.
We recommend avoiding important financial transactions or major decisions, postponing serious work negotiations, and not driving for at least 30 minutes after the training.
And don’t worry if technology suddenly seems not to cooperate with you — your vibrations have just gone up :)
🌀 Observe your state.
Everyone responds differently to the work. You may experience a surge of energy, or you may feel completely tired, unmotivated, quiet, or emotionally neutral.
Don’t panic or try to force yourself into a particular state. Give yourself time to rest and allow your body to process whatever came up during the practices.
🌀 If an emotional or physical block surfaced during the training, the process may continue afterward.
If you feel that something old and deeply rooted has been activated and needs further attention, consider continuing the work in a private session.
Individual work with a practitioner allows for much more focused and personalized attention than a group format.
🌀 For the next two weeks, pay attention to new thoughts, ideas, and insights.
Try not to immediately analyze everything. Write things down, observe what comes up, and if you feel the energy and motivation to act on something — do it.
